This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and automatic renewal for FaithTracks subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed by our payment platform Hotmart.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
Annual plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund. To request it, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] or use your Hotmart purchase page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Hotmart.
2. Automatic renewal — what you are agreeing to
So there are no surprises, please note:
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly).
- You will be charged the then-current price using your saved payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- The price and billing frequency are shown to you at checkout before you pay.
3. How to cancel (easy cancellation)
You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, through your Hotmart purchase/subscription management, or by emailing us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will help. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; you will not be charged again.
4. Refunds after the guarantee period
